About me

Company

Hi, I'm Stephan, a London-based intercultural trainer, ESOL teacher (CELTA) and certified applied drama practitioner.

I design and deliver educational programmes that support people with lived experience of migration in making sense of new cultural environments.

My background spans education, applied drama, psychology, and publishing.

I hold an MSc in the Psychology of Intercultural Relations, am a CELTA-qualified ESOL teacher, and a member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS).

Alongside my teaching and programme work,

I am interested in

how bodily sensing, emotion, and interaction shape meaning-making

over time.

Alongside direct work with migrant groups,

I collaborate with organisations, educators, and publishers to support culturally informed learning design and representation.

My work focuses on how confidence, participation, and social understanding develop through experience, interaction, and shared reflection.

Drama and arts-based methods play a central role in my practice — as tools for exploration, rehearsal, and dialogue. I have worked with learners of varied ages, language levels, and educational backgrounds.
